Back in the Saddle Again

After a busy holiday season, followed by an extended vacation in Chile, I’m back!

My husband & I spent a few weeks hiking in the Lakes & Volcanos region and in Patagonia. That’s where this picture was taken. You can see the Andes Mountains and glaciers behind us.

Having been off the grid for most of the time, it was a bit of a culture shock to return to all the political news. With the country so divided right now, I wanted to share some resources that can be helpful during these turbulent times.

Dignity Index

Polarization doesn’t even come from our disagreements. It comes from treating each other with contempt when we disagree. There are so many other options that can ease the division, prevent violence, and solve the problems we face.
